Into You is a mobile application operated by Pentagon Tokyo / Pentagon (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and provides relationship and chat analysis features.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication identifiers
• Authentication provider information when you sign in with Apple or Google
• Anonymous Firebase user identifiers used before account registration
• Subscription and purchase status managed through RevenueCat and the relevant app store
• Structured analysis results and AI-generated recommendations created from uploaded chat exports
• Feedback you submit, including category and message content
• Delete-account feedback that you choose to provide
• Notification history stored locally on your device
• Technical and usage information needed to operate authentication, app security, and core features

3. Chat Uploads and Raw Chat Data

Into You is designed around a strict no-retention policy for raw chat content. Uploaded chat export files are processed in memory for analysis and are not intended to be permanently stored by the App as raw message archives.

However, we may store structured outputs derived from your uploaded chat files so that you can access your results later, including:
